Roger Clark, PhD, LAT, ATC

​

Roger is a nationally certified and state licensed athletic trainer.  Athletic trainers learn to be a part of the healthcare team, providing injury and illness prevention, wellness promotion, emergent care, examination and clinical diagnosis, therapeutic intervention and rehabilitation of injuries and medical conditions.  Roger has forty years of experience as a certified athletic trainer.  For thirty-one years he was involved in the education of future athletic trainers, servings as a professor and the director for the athletic training education programs at Quincy University, Western Illinois University, and Colorado State University, Pueblo.  His clinical experience includes caring for patients in collegiate athletics, high school athletics, and physical therapy clinic settings.  Services he may provide include the evaluation/diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries, design of home exercise programs, development of exercise programs, and dry needling of certain musculoskeletal conditions.

"My goal is to assist patients in their recovery from injuries/medical conditions, return to physical activity when appropriate, and overall maintenance of a healthy lifestyle."

Roger spends his free time flying, building, and repairing radio-controlled airplanes, as well as reading and spending time with family and friends.
