Scott Davidson, M.D.

Doctor Scott is a family physician who has been caring for patients, of all ages, in all walks of life, since 1998.  He values the relationships with his patients as an essential component of providing high-quality care.  Scott practices evidence-based medicine and keeps up with advancing medical knowledge.  He has found over the past years that maintaining relationships and providing the quality of care, that he insists on are no longer possible in primary care within the constraints of insurance and large healthcare organization requirements.  Therefore, he presents to you his solution, Generations Primary Care.

Mary Beth Patten

DNP, FNP, BSN, RN

Mary recently moved to Colorado from North Carolina.  Her previous eleven years of experience in the medical field, were spent working with adults and children as a nursing assistant and as a bedside Registered Nurse in a children’s hospital.  As Mary started her career as a Family Nurse Practitioner, she is excited to provide compassionate, individualized care to her patients. Mary’s husband is a medic in the military, and her little family is growing, as they prepare to welcome their first child in March. In her free time, she enjoys snowboarding, hiking, working out and staying active with her husband and their dog, Ranger.

Bryanna Houser

RN, BSN

Bryanna Houser, RN, BSN, nurse injector and owner of Defy RS. Certified through AMET, she has always loved the cosmetic side of nursing. Specializing in neurotoxin, lip enhancement, vitamin injections, and soon, IV therapy. Bryanna, along with our in office physician and two incredible medical assistants, make for an amazing team. We strive to meet our clients' needs while still offering the highest quality treatments. Can’t wait to see all you beautiful people!

Mallory Temple

Mallory is a Registered Medical Assistant with an in depth background with over 8 years of experience in the medical field. She has passion for helping others and the day-to-day operations of the practice.  Mallory is the mother to three beautiful children, and has been with her significant other Jason for many years. Her other family members include her German shepherd Ava. She spends the majority of her time with her children and enjoys camping, her kids sports events, and various other family-oriented events. Mallory is happy to be a part of the family at Generations Primary Care.

Jenny Martinez

RMA

Jenny, the newest member of Generations Primary Care, was born and raised in Denver - a true Broncos fan! Pursuing a career in healthcare was always a dream, and after moving to Pueblo in 2019, she received her certification and has been a Registered Medical Assistant for three years. With a passion for helping others, this role was a perfect fit. While she loves her job, her main priority is raising her six-year-old daughter, Ava-Brynn, and spending time outdoors, gardening, doing arts and crafts, and with family and friends. Not to be forgotten are her beloved four-legged babies, including a 13-year-old girl cat named Lucy, a 13-year-old boy cat named Linus, and a 12-year-old tortoise named Penelope - all equally loved and adored. She feels blessed to be a part of the Generations Primary Care family and looks forward to building strong patient relationships for years to come.

Samantha Diaz

Samantha is a Registered Medical Assistant who’s passion for caring and positively influencing people led her to choose a career in the medical field. With 9 years of experience she specializes in Pediatrics, Family Practice, Urgent Care, Pain Management and traveling Phlebotomy. She is very family oriented and spends her off time with her husband Garrett and their 6 children at Baseball/Volleyball games, and dance classes. She enjoys family time and camping trips, making lifelong memories!
